Welcome! My name is Gina Camacho McGrath, and I am honored to serve as the principal of Foster Elementary. With over 30 years of dedicated service to our district, I bring a deep commitment to education and a genuine love for the community I call home.
I was born and raised right here in the Patrick Henry High School Cluster, and it has been a privilege to give back to the place that helped shape who I am today. As a lifelong member of this community, I understand the importance of strong relationships, shared values, and a collective vision for our children’s success.
My educational philosophy is rooted in the belief that schools should be safe, nurturing environments where students can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I am passionate about creating a well-rounded experience for every child—one that encourages curiosity, exploration, creativity, and respect.
I also strongly believe that parents and schools must be active partners in education. A child’s success is most fully realized when families play a consistent, active role both at home and within the school. Together, we can support every student’s growth and ensure they feel seen, valued, and prepared for the future.
At Foster, we are committed to building a supportive and inclusive school culture. Together with our dedicated staff and wonderful families, we strive to inspire a love of learning and prepare our students for bright futures.
